We’ve partnered with like-minded dedicated and passionate professionals who make sure to preserve the potential of this wondrous plant all the way through coffee’s journey. 

Once we've brought these coffees to Israel, we take extra care during roasting to highlight the distinct flavors that come from each bean's variety and origin. 

Our roasting style leans towards being light to medium, ensuring that you experience the finest aspects of these flavors and terroirs. This approach prevents over-roasting, which could otherwise mask the natural brightness and richness that make each bean unique.
